"The hotel was very clean and the service was quite good. However, the reservation was not properly entered and we arrived to be told that our room had 1 king size bed, even though our reservation confirmation clearly stated we were travelling with 2 adults and a child. Initially the hotel manager insisted on charging an extra $25/day for the double room we required, but after some discussion, he agreed to waive the extra fee. This error was casued by the booking agent, as our confirmaiton clearly reflected 3 persons in the room and the reserved rate. However, the confirmaiton the hotel received listed only 1 adult and 1 child. Once resolved, the rest of the stay was uneventful. Overall, this was a good hotel value for the cost. A great, central location and a quiet room."
