"Because it was in Times Square, it was noisy at night even on the 37th floor. Also, the room was stuffy and overheated..all we could do was turn the heat off and open the windows which made the street noise even louder! Other family members got a smoking room (even though they weren't smokers) and had to buy air freshners because of the smell."
